What instrument would you choose between Shimadzu Triple quad 8060 and Sciex Triple quad 6500 for pharmacokinetic analysis?

I worked with an Sciex AP4000 triple quad but now I have to start a new lab and I am looking for a new instrument. The lab focus is clinical and preclinical pharmacokinetic of anticancer drug.
