When you get autolyzed samples for immunohistochemistry, how can we interprit results? What are the recommendations for such experiments?

Breast samples I get for an IHC study are mostly autolyzed. I choose well preserved sections carefully, but when I get unusual result, can't decide whether it's a finding or artefact. e.g....
