I wanted to know the value of total flavonoid content in mgQE/gm. Total volume I kept in well plate is 200 µl in which extract was 20 µl. Anyone please help me with this problem

What will be the value of potassium content in mg/100g if absorbance value is 45 ppm in flame photometer?

Amount of fruit powder used 0.15g; final volume of the extract was 100 ml and I have done my experiment in flame photometer. I did not know how to convert 45ppm in mg/100g. Please help me?
