How we can perform an experimental pilot study to induce fatty liver in rats and how to confirm the successful induction of fatty liver??

We want to induce fatty liver in rats and after successful induction of steatosis (Fatty liver) treat them and want to see the effectiveness of our treatment in Induced steatosis rats.
