Would you consider using pentoxifylline and vitamin E to reduce epidural fibrosis? FBSS after laminectomy/discectomy: epidural fibrosis on root.

does anyone have any new suggestions of how to treat FBSS without controlled substances and or surgical intervention. All have failed along with traditional therapies over the course of 6 years....
