My question is of conduction in Ga1-xScxFeO3.

There is no perceptible amount of Fe2+ in the above mentioned samples. Then why do we find conductivity in these samples?

I am getting a low moment for Fe3+ ions only 0.7mB and 1.3mB from my 5K neutron diffraction analysis. I expect 5mB moments. Why is this happening?
