Can I find molecular weight of PLGA based formulation with respect to time when subjected to in-vitro release using viscosity as a measurement tool?

I want to find out degradation rate of PLGA formulation w.r.t. time for which change in initial molecular weight would be beneficial. Moreover, I don't have GPC facility. Please help me if anyone...
