I want to calculate MOF (like Cu-BTC or ZIF-8) yield! How could it be possible?

I have synthesized Cu-BTC and ZIF-8 but it seems that there are different routs for calculating yield.

Does anybody know about C parameter in BET plot? Is it right for microporous materials this parameter can not have positive value?

I have faced to different values for C (from negative ones to above 10000!!) and I don't know what is the meaningful range for this parameter.
