Hi, anyone who worked on Solar tower power simulation , how to calculate β, γ, ε , ε0?

I need to calculate the energy ratio with heliostat of 9.75*12.65 and receiver with the hight of 10 and diameter of 5m. Angles are 0 and 90 with 950 DNI .
