I transformed a plasmid into an Agrobacterium competent cells but i couldn't get any colonies in my plates. What's the reason?

The method i used for transformation was Freeze thaw method. Media was LB media supplemented with 50mg/ml Kanamycin (my plasmid has kanamycin resistent gene) 10mg/ml rifamycin
