I have prepared an organogel using DMSO as the solvent but facing problem in drying up the gel. Any suggestions on how to dry up the gel ?

I have used the vacuum oven for drying but it contaminates the surface due to presence of DMSO thereby creating problem. Any convenient method on how to dry the organogel would be really helpful.
