Is there a difference in the dry weight obtain after dryfreezing (lyofilization) and dry weight obtained after oven-drying?

Looking to obtain the dry weight of artemia. I will use eppendorf as sampleholder. Will the weight of the eppendorf be influenced by the lyofilization? thank you.

Does someone has an idea or a reference on the fat content of artemia nauplii and enriched artemia?

For some analyses I would like to estimate the fat content of enriched artemia; This probably differs with which commercial product used, but any info can help. thank you
