Any suggestions where I can obtain old land use data (ex: from the 80s/90s) which were used as input for atmospheric models at the time?

Specifically, I'm looking for data from the Amazon region. The models we use more often are WRF, BRAMS and RegCM, so any formats read by those models are useful. Thank you!
