Is it possible to sonicate a 384-Deep Well Plate in a standard benchtop Sonicator/Waterbath to mix samples?

I want to mix and solubilize my compounds that are stored in Assaybuffer with 2% DMSO. Monoshaker doesn't seem to work efficiently even at 2000 rpm and mixing by hand is not an option.
