Which rhBMP-2 ELISA Kit is recommendable to use in the detection of the protein in culture medium: R&DQuantikineELISA Kit or CUSABIOELISA Kit?

I need to measure the release of rhBMP-2 in cell culture medium from immobilization of the protein in a scaffold and I have only the two options. Thanks in advance.
