What do you think about incorporating essential oils after liposome formation?

Being highly hydrophobic, essential oils should easily be entrapped inside the phospholipid membrane. Have you ever encountered any references about this?

If you want to pellet liposomes so as to concentrate them, what speed and time do you use for centrifugation, in order not to damage them?

I am talking about LUV (Large unilamellar vesicles) composed of DOPC:DPPC in a 1:1 ratio.
