What could be the biotin: avidin ratio taken for their interaction study using an electrochemical system?

I have 1 mg of avidin and 100 mg of biotin. How do I prepare the stock solution? I want to study the interaction of these two using electrochemical workstation? Is 1:1 ratio followed?
