Why there is a reduction of transgene percentage by LV or RV?

Dear all, I encountered the reduction of CAR gene percentage from D5 60-70% to D12 less than 10%. It is not always seen in all my CAR constructs. I use 2nd generation LV system, with VSVG, or BaEV
