What can I use to bind fibroblasts in a pre in vitro method to stop them taking over my primary ovarian cancer tumor cell cultures?

I am trying to culture cells from a series of ovarian carcinomas, but it is the fibroblast population that is especially proliferative and time consuming to attend to. How do I get rid of them...
