Hi.what the best methods to get good DNA yield when I extract DNA from large amount from fluid such as 24 hr. urine sample or ascitic fluid?

 I'm try to extract DNA from ascetic fluid but unfortunately I get low DNA yield even when I used centrifugation and different types from DNA extraction kit
