Could someone please advise me of a reliable chemistry for assessing intestinal permeability in humans from blood or stool samples?

I plan to evaluate intestinal permeability from blood and stool samples, I am considering markers such as zonnulin or I-FABP through ELISA. if anyone has experience I would be grateful for any advice.
