Does anybody know any RAPD primer that would yield a good band distribution in a 1.5% gel electrophoresis for Geodermatophilus spp. (Actinobacteria)?

I don't have a pulse-field gel electrophoresis apparatus, so I am using RAPD as a way to qualitatively assess DNA damage after large exposures to UV-C irradiation.
