I want to stain acute brain slices with calcium orange and DAPI, but I am not sure whether these two kinds of dye can be added together or not.

What is the role of citrate phosphate in substrate for ELISA?

In ELISA, we use anti-mouse HRP as secondary antibody and o-phenylenediamine as substrate. Why we need add OPD to citrate phosphate and H2O2? What are the roles of them individually. Thanks.
