HELP with SNAPgene - NEBuilder HiFi?

Can someone help me to use NEBuilder HiFi action on Snapgene, please? My results doesn't correct. I need to insert a ssDNA (70bp, with a gRNA for CRISPR/Cas9) into a plasmid.
