Has anyone made transformation by using Trans-Blot® SD Semi-Dry Transfer Cell equipment from BioRad using 2D acrylamide gels 1.5mm?

We are runing 2DE (18cm IEF) strip and try to transfer on western blot  on 25V for 30 minute on nitroceklulose but we dont have good result. Do you know which condition is still working this...
