Hallo CRISPR(S) :), which online algorithm is the best for designing gRNAs? specially in terms of determining the off-target effects in big genome?

cDNA stability while shipping in RT for three days from one country to another?

I want to ship viral cDNA to the US for qRT-PCR that will take three days at room temperature. It will later be used for qRT-PCR. To what degree might it be degraded, or could it remain stable?
