I have used Pacific blue to conjugate with lactate dehydrogenase and found intensity decreased with LDH concentration increased.

Calculate separation efficiency or resolution in isotachphoresis?

I have done isotachphoresis separation of a dye and need to calculate separation efficiency. it gives two bands. But there is no record for electrophoretic mobility of the dye. How you do this?
