Which solvent can we use to dissolve nanoparticle PEDOT/DBSA dispresed in H2O ?

I have nanoparticles of PEDOT/DBSA dispersed in H2O and i want to dissolve them in solvent which solvent can we use to have good films by spin coating. thank you.
