How do you deal with accidental tilt of accelerometer installation when measuring acceleration to identify mode shapes?

When estimating mode curvature, high accuracy is necessary, accidental tilt can be too large in this sense. Can it be compensated using gravity as reference o something similar?

Where can I find raw data from some Structural Health Monitoring campaign carried out in a bridge?

Preferably, I am looking for acceleration signals. Some papers mention rae data is available in some institutional webpages. Unfortunately, those page are not working any more.
