Has anyone used the kinase inhibitor JNK-IN-8 to successfully and selectively inhibit JNK in cultured cells?

I am working in HEK293 cells and would like to use something more specific than the SB compound. Thanks.

Is there a reagent I can use to activate the Ras-MEK-ERK1/2 pathway but not activate JNK?

I am using cultured HEK293 cells and my readout for ERK1/2 activity is western blot using antibodies to pERK (pThr202/Try204) & pELK1 (Ser383). Thanks.
