Buffer sodium citrate 38 g dissolved in 1350 ml water normal temp.What is quantity required to add in Ambroxol HCL 1500L final pH from 4.9 to 5.2?

 final  pH I want to achieve is from 4.9 to 5.2 The buffer is sodium citrate 38 g dissolved in 1350 ml water at normal room temperature.  Ambroxol HCL solution 1500 L Can anyone help please?
