I have single channel qPCR device and I need to carry out genotyping by TaqMan assay. My suggestion is to employ two separate tubes (i.e. one for each allele). Is this strategy correct?

Hi everyone, I've run this gel with 1X TAE buffer at 70, 80, 90, and 100 V, separately. Every time i got a bad run just like the attached pic!!!
