I'm working on a kit that contains small amount of peptide (10ug) with large amount of dextran. What is the best way to purify the peptide?

I need this to quantify the peptide by HPLC methods (analytical assay). The peptide is 900 Dalton. The Dextran is 70000 Dalton.
