Hi, I have fatty floating cells in culture medium and I need to simply/quickly pellet them without degrading cells nor removing themfrom the plate. Any idea ? thanks

ROS and viability quantitation on the same sample.

I'd like to image ROS accumulation in cells with a fluo dye and I'm wondering if anyone have ever performed cell lysis to mesure ATP after ROS imaging ? Does the ATP quantitation is still reliable ?

Which nuclear dye should I use, as I can't use DAPI or Hoechst?

I'm doing LSCM observations on fixed cells. I can not excite DAPI nor Hoechst dyes. Does anyone can suggest me a nuclear dye that is not emitting near the Alexa488 and 594, to prevent overlapping...
