Can anyone help me with cerebrospinal fluid cytocentrifugation? What are the best speed/time? Do I need to add 22%BSA or autologous serum?

I am working with canine cerebrospinal fluid but my cytoslides do not contain good cells and the background seems dirty. I will be using these slides with IFF.
