I need to destroy ozone off gas from a large reactor. Does anyone have experience building a small catalytic ozone destruction unit?

The off gas will be saturated with water vapor. The ozone generator can produce 8000 mg/hr. I am looking to construct something simple but safe.

What is the extent of commercialization of Advanced Oxidation Processes?

I know that there are many companies offering advanced oxidation equipment for water and wastewater treatment. I am curious to know to what extent these have been applied in practice.
