JUN and ABY dye are not available in Biorad machine. Can any one tell me which dye (present in biorad machine) wavelength is similar with JUN n ABY ??

Regarding influenza diagnosis, in real time PCR if one sample is positive for influenza A and swine H1 type but negative for swine influenza A, what is the interpretation?
