I am designing a microfluidics device for PCR. I am wanting to order PDMS for the substrate, however am unsure on which varitation of it to order?

There are many different terminations of PDMS , hydroxy, amine etc. Does this affect the final chip? Unless I plan on using the functional groups will it even make a difference?
