Does anybody has a protocol for harvesting and growing T regulatory cell from the spleen and lymph nodes?

I'm trying to use T regulatory cell for the treatment of Sjogren's Syndrome. I have found several papers using Treg for the treatment of other diseases, but the protocols aren't detailed.
