Can I use ladder measurements from a different chip for Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100?

I ran two RNA Pico chips, one after the other. I used the RNA ladder from the same exact aliquot, but for one chip it appears to only contain the upper marker; which still gives me the RIN numbers...
