What can we say about the electric field inside of a conducting sphere if the net charge on the sphere equals 'e', i.e. the charge of one electron?

Usually we say that the charges will redistribute over the surface of the sphere so that the net electric field inside a conductor becomes zero. But in the above case, there exists no possible...
