Which kind of immunization with irradiated cancer cells (strength and/or incidence ) can trigger a tolerogenic DC response?

I want to generate an anti tumor response for cancer treatment with irradiated B16F10 melanoma cells, therefore I want to avoid a tolerogenic response when injecting mice with these cells.
