I have been culturing OPM2 cells with RPMI media +20% Serum. But the cells are not growing well. Any Suggestions ?

OPM2 cells grow rather slowly and are more sensitive among others. But, I am unable to get a good percent of viability when I passage these cells. Most of the times, the cell death is much higher...
