Can i use BSA as blocking agent in immunofluorescence instead of goat serum? If yes then what is the recommended concentration?

I want to do immunostaining of the corneal endothelial cells of sheep origin. Just wondering that what are the alternatives of goat serum as blocking buffer, i thought BSA or FCS.
