Co-Immunopreciptation: what are the possible reasons for antibody uncoupling to occur?

I have a been have having a problem with coupling my Antibody to magnetic beads, I have used both a kit (Pierce IP and Co-IP magnetic beads kit) and the traditional protein A magnetic beads.
