How to do sample preparation for GC-MS for analyzing bioactive components in different medicinal plant extracts (polar & non polar solvents)?

GC-MS is by Shimadzu company and i am using medicinal plants extracted in distilled water, methanol, n- hexane, chloroform and petroleum ether
