Is it safe to use a regular tube furnace along with working tube and gas tight end seals to do reduction treatments under a pure hydrogen atmosphere?

I would appreciate any details that I should consider before starting my treatments.

Does anybody know whether it is necessary to have a separate gas transfer line for pure oxygen or is it possible to use the same line as for air?

I was being told that oxygen is very sensitive and I should use a separate line.
