Can anyone help me with the reason for the fuzzy gel electrophoresis?

With below protocol we got fuzzy bands like in attachment. Can anyone give me an idea what's the problem with this protocol? Insect sample for extraction. 1,7 % gel 35 running time 120 V TAE Buffer
