Does anyone who has experience in cultivating 3D spheroids of HepG2's using the hanging drop plates know the protein content of 12 day spheroid?

I am wanting to perform 2D gel eletrophoresis on treated 3D spheroids grown using a hanging drop plate and need to find out how much protein would be available in 12 day old spheroid cultures.
