Is there any possibility to make a cellular culture using 3T3 L1 cells in which to have at the same time both preadipocytes and adipocytes?

To replicate the real situation in fat tissues I am interested if there is such a possibility.  I am thinking of rearing them separately and the somekind of co-culture, but I did not find any...
